Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as an Outreach Coordinator in the Adult Clinical Community Services (ACCS) program at Behavioral Health Network! As an Outreach Coordinator, you will provide direct services promoting the growth, independence, and safety of all the individuals we serve. Outreach Coordinators monitor overall health and well-being of individuals, assist with all aspects of medication treatment and administration, and provide crisis intervention, emergency services, and safe transportation when needed. In this role, you will encourage independence and decision making, and assist in enhancing and fostering social support networks and relationships. Other indirect services must be performed, such as communication between staff, the program and outside agencies, and the program and families.
As well as working with persons served, the Outreach Coordinator is also a supervisory role for the clinic. This consists of addressing disciplinary issues as they arise, creating schedules, and reviewing the employees’ time sheets among other administrative tasks. Training will be provided to you by Behavioral Health Network. They will be able to learn all about a variety of topics including the Department of Mental Health, SSI, insurances, assisted housing, and the legal system. Outreach Coordinators will also become familiar with practices regarding mental health, substance abuse, and the ins and outs of our state hospitals. They will also be able to grow in their leadership and person skills organizational skills in this position.
Adult Clinical Community Services is a program that serves adults with mental health concerns. ACCS is a multifaceted program which uses an integrated team model to perpetuate recovery and wellness for the individuals served.

Outreach Coordinators at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:
- Commitment to consumer empowerment and growth, human rights, and community integration.
- Minimum of Associates Degree in a related field (required); Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable car available for working hours (required).
- Minimum of two years experience in human services (required).
- Supervisory experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).
